Complaint?
Despite the dedication of our staff, you may not be satisfied with the treatment you receive at our practice. In that case, you can submit a written complaint to your dentist. In most cases, a discussion between you and your dentist will suffice. If you require a third, neutral party, you can submit your complaint to the KNMT, the professional association to which this practice is affiliated. An independent complaints officer will then mediate between you and your dentist free of charge. The aim is to find a solution.
Disagreement?
If, despite the assistance of the complaints officer, you are unable to resolve the issue, you can appeal to the Oral Care Disputes Board for a fee of €75. Your complaint will then be assessed by a committee of five experts. The disputes body will issue a binding ruling on whether your complaint is justified and, if so, may award compensation of up to twenty-five thousand euros.
